Stray Kids will celebrate the fifth anniversary of its fan club with a new summer song release on Aug. 1, the boy band's agency JYP Entertainment said Wednesday.

Dubbed "2023 STAYweek," the weeklong celebration event that kicks off Wednesday will see a variety of content releases and events.

The highlight of the week will be when Stray Kids drop a special summer song through its official YouTube series "SKZ-Record" on Aug. 1, exactly five years after the formation of STAY, the band's fan club.

A collaborated event with Photoism, the 4-cut photobooth brand, where fans of Stray Kids can select special filters that feature members of the boy band on their photos, will also run from Wednesday to Aug. 20.

Videos of the band's behind-the-scenes album production video, collaboration with Photoism and behind-the-scenes fan meeting video will also be released, according to the agency.

Stray Kids debuted in 2017 as a nine-member group under JYP Entertainment. After Woojin left the band and agency in 2019, citing personal reasons, Stray Kids has been active as a group of eight — Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin and I.N.

The band is known for its producing subunit 3RACHA. The producing subunit consists of Bang Chan, Changbin and Han and has been responsible for producing most of the band's music, including "S-Class," the lead track from its latest album that dropped in June.
