A Siberian tiger has died at Seoul Grand Park's zoo.

According to the zoo on Tuesday, the male tiger named Suho, born on June 6, 2013, died on Sunday.

The zoo did not disclose the cause of the unexpected death but noted that the tiger didn't show any unusual symptoms.

After leading the tiger back to its enclosure, one of the zoo keepers found Suho motionless. Despite administering first aid to the tiger, the zoo failed to revive the tiger.

Suho is the second tiger to die at the zoo this year. In May, a female tiger named Parang died after contracting feline panleukopenia, a contagious disease in the feline family.

After Parang's death, the zoo temporarily shut down the "carnivore enclosure" to prevent the virus from spreading before reopening on July 26.

The zoo said that two other tigers at the zoo that were infected, Haerang and Sarang, recovered from the disease.
