HyunA uploaded a photo and an emoji of a heart between a man and a woman on Thursday, tagging Yong in the post.
"Please kindly watch us," HyunA said, asking for support in the comment section of her post.
Yong also posted the same photo on his Instagram the same day without any comments.
Both of the singers' agencies did not fully confirm the two K-pop acts' relationship.
"We are not involved in the artist's personal matters," HyunA's agency AT AREA said to news outlets Friday, while Yong's agency Black Made said that "they are checking [about the matter]."
Yong debuted in 2009 as part of the six-member group Beast under Cube Entertainment. The group changed its name to Highlight after signing with the label Around US Entertainment in 2017. Yong left the boy band in March 2019 due to being embroiled in controversy for watching illicit videos taken by singer Jung Joon-young.
Yong began his solo career in November 2022 with the EP "Loner." He held his solo concerts, titled "Loner's Room," in Seoul, Taiwan and Hong Kong last year.
