Housing price outlook index rises for fourth month

The housing price outlook index for September rose to 119, a jump of one point from the previous month, according to survey data the Bank of Korea released Wednesday. The result marks the highest increase since October 2021 and the fourth consecutive month of growth.
The housing price outlook index reflects the proportion of consumers who expect housing prices to rise compared to those who expect them to decline.
