2PM’s Taecyeon chosen for best abs
On the July 3 episode of MBC Music’s “Show Champion,” the best abs in K-pop was selected.The program surveyed athletic trainers to pick the singer with the finest abs. Taecyeon of 2PM was picked as the winner. Mighty Mouse’s Sangchu came close as the runner-up.
The trainers voted from nine singers of the K-pop stage who known for their athletic physiques, including Big Bang’s Taeyang, Beast’s Gikwang, 2AM’s Changmin, Seulong, and MBlaq’s Lee Joon.
The athletic professionals described Taecyeon’s ab muscles as “defined and balanced,” praising the singer’s fit body.
Meanwhile, Taecyeon’s band 2PM released its fourth EP “Beautiful” in Korea on June 20.
