Hip-hop artist MC Mong will release his ninth full-length album “Flower 9” on March 2, according to his agency Million Market on Tuesday.
 
The album will feature many top artists, including lead singer Jo Hyun-ah of the indie group Urban Zakapa on the lead track “There’s no such thing as good goodbyes [translated].” Singer and actor Kim Se-jeong, former girl group Sistar’s Hyorin, Shin Yong-jae from vocal group 4Men and singers Kim Young-heum and Kim Jae-hwan are also part of the star-studded lineup.
 
A total of 10 tracks will be included on the album.  
 
MC Mong debuted in 1998 as a member of the hip-hop group People Crew, then later debuted as a solo rapper in 2004 with his album “180 Degree.” He rose to fame as a rapper through his 2006 album “The Way I Am” and gained nationwide popularity by appearing on the hit KBS entertainment show “2 Days & 1 Night” between 2007 and 2010.
