Boy band Tomorrow X Together will appear on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” for the first time on April 16, according to their music label Big Hit Music.
The band will perform “We Lost the Summer” from its EP “Minisode1: Blue Hour,” released in October last year.
It will mark the band's first performance on an American talk show.
“We Lost the Summer,” which is about the corona blues that teens are dealing with, describes the confusion and anxiety they feel due to the pandemic.
The band has also garnered the attention of global listeners. Its debut album “The Dream Chapter: Star” released in March 2019 and its Japanese album “Still Dreaming” released in January 2020 both made it to the Billboard 200 chart.
The band performed the track “Can’t You See Me?” from their second EP “Dream Chapter: Eternity” on American music program “MTV Fresh Out Live” in May last year.
