Treasure's music video for 'Jikjin' surpasses 20 million views in just 3 days

Boy band Treasure's music video for its latest lead track "Jikjin" garnered over 20 million views on YouTube within three days of its release, according to YG Entertainment on Friday.
“Jikjin,” released on Tuesday, hit the 20 million mark around 1:15 p.m. on Friday, two days and 19 hours after it was uploaded. As a result, Treasure has set a new record for itself, surpassing 20 million views five times faster than its previous music videos.
Jikjin means “going straight” in Korean.
The song is the lead track of the band's EP “The Second Step: Chapter One” which dropped on Tuesday. The EP promptly topped the iTunes Albums charts in 30 regions including Canada, Japan, Australia, India, Mexico and Russia.
Treasure debuted in August 2020 with the song “Boy.” The band was formed through audition show “YG Treasure Box,” which was broadcast by JTBC in 2019. The band consists of twelve members: Choi Hyun-suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Mashiho, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi, Bang Yedam, Haruto, Doyoung, Park Jeong-woo and So Jung-hwan.
The group is known for songs “MMM” (2020), “I Love You” (2020) and “My Treasure” (2021).
