JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

Announcement: MOBO Bar, the seventh-floor contemporary cocktail destination at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, immerses guests in blue skies, warm sunlight and fresh breezes in a combination of garden, outdoor terrace and glass-enclosed greenhouse spaces while serving creative cocktails mixed from natural, house-grown ingredients.

Named after a combination of “modern” and “botanical” concepts, MOBO Bar offers guests a unique blend of a modern and luxurious interior ambiance and an outdoor garden brimming with natural inspiration. The bar’s stunning garden conjures an exotic and romantic ambiance perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoying time with friends or partners.

In celebration of summer, the season of terrace dining, MOBO presents two signature cocktails, paired with a menu of small bites and served amid panoramic urban views from the bar’s outdoor garden. The MOBO is a gin-based cocktail crafted by brewing gin with fresh basil, green cardamom and lemon grass in a siphon coffee maker to extract the full aroma of each ingredient using powerful steam pressure. Embodying MOBO’s modern botanical garden concept, The MOBO is a universal favorite among guests. The Smoked Rocks is a Korean-style cocktail created from a rum base with added jujube and sherry, smoked with oak chips to yield smoky aromas, weighty presence and a full body.

Cocktails are complemented by a selection of small bites including Truffle and Parmesan Fries, Josper Roast Chicken, Mini Baguette Steak Sandwiches, MOBO Hanwoo Beef Burgers and Chopped Steak.
