BTS member V, actors Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-shik and Park Hyung-Sik and rapper Peakboy will be starring in the reality program "In the Soop: A Friendship Trip" (translated), according to HYBE Labels on Tuesday.

It is slated to air on JTBC next month.

The upcoming show is a spinoff of the "In the Soop" series in which K-pop artists under HYBE had been featured. The word soop means forest in Korean, and the show is centered around artists resting and getting a break from their busy realities. The series began in August 2020 showcasing BTS members and went on to feature boy band Seventeen in August 2021.

The five members in the upcoming spinoff show have been friends for some 10 years before they reached the level of fame that they all experience today. They call themselves the Wooga Fam.

During an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian earlier this year, actor Park mentioned the Wooga Fam, saying, "We are really great friends, and I feel comfortable around them. We not only share the same values but also perspectives and thoughts. We also all work in the entertainment industry so we can relate to one another really well."

On the show, the Wooga Fam will embark on a four-day trip which will be split into four different episodes.
