Shinhan Card released two debit cards in collaboration with K-pop agency JYP Entertainment, according to the credit card company on Monday.
The two debit cards’ designs were inspired by K-pop idol groups represented by JYP: Boy band Stray Kids and girl group ITZY. Each debit card’s color is taken from the group’s logo and light stick (portable flashlight-like devices used to show support for K-pop idols).
A percentage of the amount spent through the debit card will be donated to charitable causes. The card has no annual fee and offers 5-percent cashback for joining the groups’ official fan clubs or for purchasing a domestic concert ticket through booking website Yes24.
Purchasing a stream or digital download file of a song by Stray Kids or ITZY on music streaming platforms Melon of FLO will also come with 5-percent cashback.
