Boy band Enhypen’s third EP “Manifesto : Day 1” topped Japan's Oricon’s daily chart, according to its agency Belift Lab Thursday.

The EP ranked No. 1 on the daily Oricon Albums Chart for July 19, selling 116,902 physical copies in a day.

Enhypen’s popularity in Japan has continued since the release of its debut album “Border Day One” released in November 2020 and five following albums and EPs which have all topped the daily albums chart.

“Manifesto : Day 1,” released on July 4, has also topped the iTunes Top 200 Albums chart in 17 regions since its release.

Enhypen, formed in 2020, consists of the seven finalists of Mnet’s music survival television program “I-Land” (2020): Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki. The band officially debuted with the EP “Border: Day One” (2020) and has released hits such as “Given-Taken” (2020), “Drunk-Dazed” (2021) and “Tamed-Dashed” (2021).
