No K-pop artists were nominated for the 66th Grammy Awards.

Boy band BTS has been nominated in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category in the years 2020 to 2022, but it did not appear anywhere on the list of nominations for the upcoming music awards ceremony that was released on Friday. Neither did any other K-pop act.

Although BTS did not release an album this year due to various members completing military service, individual members did release work that stormed worldwide charts. V sold more than 2 mil copies of “Layover” and Jungkook topped July's Billboard 100 with “Seven.”

Pop artists Miley Cyrus, Lana Del Rey, Labrinth, Taylor Swift and SZA were named to the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category where BTS has previously earned nominations.

Competing for the Record of the Year award are Jon Batiste, boygenius, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Victoria Monét, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift and SZA.

The full list of nominations can be found on the Grammy Awards' official website.
