Boy band Ateez’s second full-length album “The World Ep Fin : Will” sold more than one million copies during the first week of its release, a record for the band, its agency KQ Entertainment said Friday.

“The World Ep Fin : Will,” released on Dec. 1, sold 1,707,870 copies as of the first week of its release, surpassing the record of its previous EP “The World Ep.2 : Outlaw."

“The World Ep Fin : Will” is also the band's third million seller, following EP “The World Ep. 1 : Movement” and EP “The World Ep. 2 : Outlaw.”

Its latest album was the band’s first full-length album in four years.

The music video of “Crazy Form," the lead track of its latest album, became the fastest song to surpass 10 million views for the band, according to its agency. The track broke the record by seven hours, cutting an hour from its previous track “Bouncy (K-Hot Chilli Peppers).”

Ateez debuted in 2018 under KQ Entertainment. It has eight members: Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho. It’s known for songs such as “Wave” (2019), “Answer” (2020), “Guerrilla” (2022) and “Bouncy (K-Hot Chilli Peppers).”
