Singer Bobby Chung has again been embroiled in allegations of sexual misconduct.

The Seoul Mapo Police Station forwarded a case against Chung for alleged illegal filming and assault to the prosecutor’s office on Monday.

Chung, a member of the indie duo Autumn Vacation, was sued by a woman in January for battery and illegal filming. He was questioned by police who found footage of multiple women filmed without their consent when investigating his devices.

It marks the second time for Chung to be accused of sexual misconduct. In May last year, the family of his ex-girlfriend, who took her own life the previous month, sued Chung for alleged illegal filming and rape resulting in injury.

Chung has maintained his innocence, actively posting rebuttals against the accusations on his blog and social media. The rape charges were dropped in November due to insufficient evidence, but the family filed an appeal.

Chung debuted in 2009 as a member of Autumn Vacation, but the duo disbanded after allegations against Chung came to light.
